Ingredients
- 1/2 cup WOODHILL COTTAGE TOMATO JAM
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 4 dashes hot sauce
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined with tails on
- Garnish: Lemons, parsley

Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the Tomato Jam, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, garlic and hot sauce.
Serve with cooked shrimp and garnish with lemons and parsley.
