RETURN POLICY – PRODUCTS THAT ARRIVE DAMAGED
Products that arrive damaged may be returned to us for replacement without additional charge, provided that we are notified at info@woodhillcottage.com within 5 business days of your receipt of a damaged product. We encourage our customers not to sign for or accept any damaged packages. In the event that your package is damaged, please contact us at info@woodhillcottage.com.
