Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Standard shipping is with the major U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. Once your order has shipped, you should receive an automatic email providing tracking information. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Shipping companies do not forward packages, so we guarantee delivery only to addresses we are given. If you choose to reship the package to a different address, you must pay for the cost to re-ship it.

If at checkout an expedited shipping option is offered and selected by you, the order must be placed before 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) for guaranteed shipment that day.

TRANSIT TIME

Orders are typically shipped one business day after they are placed. Depending on your location, additional transit days to your region of the United States may apply.  Estimated additional transit days by region are noted below:

• Midwest: 1-2 business days
• East Coast: 2-3 business days
• Southeast & Mountain Regions: 3-4 business days

Shipping timelines for orders placed Friday after 12pm EST through Sunday will begin on the next business day, which typically will be Monday.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Products that arrive damaged may be returned to us for replacement without additional charge, provided that we are notified at info@woodhillcottage.com within 5 business days of your receipt of a damaged product. We encourage our customers not to sign for or accept any damaged packages. In the event that your package is damaged, please contact us at info@woodhillcottage.com
