Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings, wing tips removed and separated at the joints
- 1 tablespoons canola oil
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup WOODHILL COTTAGE PEACH CONSERVE
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons hot honey (AR’s Hot Southern Honey)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions, for garnish
- Garnish: 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions
Preheat oven to 475 degrees and line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a large mixing bowl, toss wings with oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange wings in an even layer on prepared baking sheet. Roast in oven for 15 minutes.
While wings are roasting combine Peach Conserve, soy sauce, hot honey, lemon juice, and garlic in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly reduced. Remove from heat.
Remove wings from oven, turn over each wing and continue cooking for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and toss with the peach glaze. Arrange wings again in an even layer, reserving peach glaze. Bake for 5 more minutes, brush again with reserved glaze, and bake for 5 more minutes or until nicely browned and glazed and chicken is cooked through. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
