Ingredients
- 1/2 cup WOODHILL COTTAGE PEACH CONSERVE
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon bourbon
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (14-pound) whole turkey, giblets removed and patted dry
- Garnish: rosemary sprigs, figs, Meyer lemon halves, naval orange halves and champagne grapes

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Position the rack in bottom third of the oven.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the Peach Conserve, butter, bourbon, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder until smooth.
Rub the peach butter mixture all over the turkey and under the skin. Tie the legs together with butcher’s twine. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and bake, until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest part registers 165°F, about 3 hours.
Remove the turkey from the oven and garnish, if desired.
